Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
- 16 oz uncooked Elbow Macaroni
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 2 ½ cups Shredded Cheese (fiesta blend is my favorite)
- 1 ½ cups Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
In a medium pan boil macaroni according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and put back in the pot. Turn the burner on low. Add butter and cheese, make sure the cheese is melted then add milk. Once it's mixed together add salt, pepper, & paprika. Enjoy!
