Kathy's Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 bag chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl mix together shortening, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs until creamed together. Then add baking soda, salt, and flour mix until well combined and add in chocolate chips. Roll into 1" balls, Bake at 375 degree for 8 minutes. Enjoy.
