Tres Leches Cake
- Betty Crocker SuperMoist ButterRecipe Yellow Cake Mix
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 14 oz. cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
Bake cake according to instructions on package. Remove cake from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
In a blender, combine evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream; blend on high for 45 seconds. Remove 1½ cups of milk mixture, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve the cake.
Poke small holes in the cake and pour the remaining milk mixture over the cake. Allow half of the mixture to be mostly absorbed before adding the rest. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and strawberries or fruit of choice.
