Johnny's Fettucine Alfredo
- 16 oz Fettuccine Noodles
- ½ lb Sausage
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 8 leaves Fresh Basil
- 3 oz Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
Cook your noodles according to package directions. In a cast iron pot, cook sausage until it is browned (keep the sausage grease in the pan). Then add the heavy whipping cream, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix together and let it come to a simmer. Once simmering, add fresh basil and parmesan cheese. Mix until cheese is melted and the sauce thickens.
Serve with garlic bread. It's so yummy! Enjoy!
