Mix these ingredients in a large bowl:

• I can black beans (drained and rinsed)
• I can black eyed peas (drained and rinsed)
• I can corn (drained)
• I cup tomatoes (seeded and finely diced)
• I jalapeno (seeded and finely diced)
• I avocado (chopped)
• I orange bell pepper (seeded and diced)
• ½ cup diced red onion
• ⅓ cup chopped cilantro

Dressing:

• ⅓ cup olive oil
• ¼ cup lime juice
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• Salt and pepper to taste

Add ingredients to a small bowl and mix well. Pour dressing over the ingredients in the large bowl and refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.
