Sift together:

• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking soda

Mix together:

• 4 eggs
• 1 cup of coconut oil or olive oil
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups canned pumpkin

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Grease and flour a jelly roll pan or large cookie sheet. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Brown Butter Cream Cheese Frosting

• 3 ½ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp milk
• 3 oz cream cheese
• ¾ stick butter.  Brown half of the butter.

Beat together and spread on cooled bars
