Because some have expressed interest in riding a bus for the road trip to Houston on March 9, we've made arrangements for up to 3 buses, available first come first serve. Please select a qty for the number of seats needed for your farm. Cost includes:
- seat on bus to Houston on March 9
- "on the bus" drinks & snacks
- bus discussions, learning, video content, games, etc.
* Please note that:
- this seat reservation does NOT include registration for the conference and/or road trip. You will still need to register separately for that.
- the bus will pick you and your luggage up at the La Cantera hotel on the morning of Monday, March 9.
- stops will be made at Buc-ees for breakfast (on your own) and Dewberry Farm for lunch and learning (lunch included in registration). It will then drop us at the Holiday Inn Express by NRG Stadium, walking distance to the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. If you'd like to stay at this hotel, you can CLICK HERE to book in our block.
- for those flying home on March 10, we'd encourage you to Uber to either Houston Hobby Airport (12 miles) or the George Bush Intercontinental Airport (27 miles)
