Mince the onions, green peppers, and green onions, place them in the sauce pan with the meat and let them cook for 5 minutes. Mince the hard boiled egg whites and add them along with, salt, and sazon seasoning into the pan. Then cover and let simmer for 45 minutes stir occasionally.\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePreheat the oven to 400 degrees. Use an empanada press to cut the dough tortillas (buy the uncooked tortillas). Then put in the press and spread filling in half of the tortilla, press tortilla\u003cspan\u003e  \u003c\/span\u003etogether and put on a cookie sheet. Spread egg whites on top of every empanada. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
