The 2025 Vendor Registration form is for those who have received an invitation email this year to participate as a vendor at the 2025 MAiZE Corn Party Conference. If you have not received an invitation email this year and would like to attend, please email raquel@themaize.com to receive permission to register.
Registration includes a booth space 10 ft wide by 8 ft deep with a 6-foot table and two chairs. For an extra fee, you can request a booth with pipe and drape. * Booth spaces are subject to change and are not permanent.
- Booth NO Pipe and Drape - $600
- Booths WITH Pipe and Drape - $700
Vendor Packet - As an optional way to gain extra exposure, we will distribute vendor information packets to all of our MAiZE farms attending the conference, containing information from any vendors who choose to participate, whether you attend the conference or not. The fee for that optional add-on is $150 and can be selected above.
Power - If you'd like a standard 120v power outlet at your booth, please select that optional upgrade above.
Extra Table - Your booth will come with one 6-foot table and 2 chairs. If you'd like an extra table, please select that optional upgrade above.
